Yes indeed rock and roll was in the air that Friday night with a couple of blinder sets from the Domnicks that had the punters and groovers present - indeed shaking their thang. It was good being in Freo, normal and nice in a regular kind of way. What I really felt like drinking was a regular draft style lager, something dumb like Emu, all they had were these fruity local brews, nice but let the wife drink instead.

Thank Fuck these blokes decided to play last weekend, they definitely have some of the most fun mosh pits. I was being battered while trying to hold the camera still long enough to get a decent shot, body stabilization being the key. By the end of the night I'd - caught a classic catch, caught a shoulder in the jaw, met a young drunk who's cared for and oi Matt, thanks for the company.

So the story goes... That's Butches kit, and Butch plays in the Metallic metal ensemble Human Extinction Project - H. X. P for short bitches! Anyway see that half full jug of beer on the floor in front of the kit? Well, 15 seconds from starting their set, Rad [the front-man] and Butch were moving into their respective positions when Rad bent down to get a swig of beer, accidentally kicking over both the glass and jug landing on Butch's foot which had just rested on the kick peddle. Obviously both Rad and Butch were pissed, nevertheless they played a tight set, G Fresh was also ace belting out some vocals... T. F. R. C!

So I carried on with the click and draw theme above are two more examples. I'm excited about this development, I will have to refine the process so that it might translate digitally onto some high quality art rag or paper and have it printed nice and large. This could be a good excuse... Hm-Hmm actually this is a great reason and requires to be shot with a Hasselblad 50 or 60 Smegma-pixel to truly capture each stroke of the pastel. Yes.

I came up with this idea during the night where I do a drawing with the pastels and combine it with a click drawing from the machine then have them interact with the other.
